Our Packages

At Castle Rock, a private theme center, we customize your child’s party to reflect his/her personal interests, while taking care of all your needs. Our goal is to make sure that your party will never be forgotten for everyone that will attend.

Once a theme has been chosen by you and your child, we can start planning your party. We do ask for you take a tour to confirm your venue and services. Tours are available to be scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursdays with you and a party planner.


Princess Tea Party

1 hour 30 min (15 guests max)
$325
  • Group will choose costume of choice. Costumes include Princess, Glamour, Superhero, Pirate Gear! Nails and Makeup or Tattoo and Face paint.
  • On Stage-Fashion Show (Great opportunity to take pics)
  • Themed Music/Dance party and Karaoke (singing and dancing). Hostess will serve kids from finger foods that are brought by parents.
  • Etiquette and Table mannerism by hostess.
  • China Set up for Tea Party. Includes Pink lemonade for Tea Cups

Dream Package

1 hour 30 min (12 guests max)
$300
  • After the maximum 12 guests, $20 will be charged extra per guest.
  • Group will choose costume of choice. Costumes include Princess, Glamour, Superhero, Pirate Gear!, Nails and makeup or Tattoo and Face paint.
  • On Stage-Fashion Show for Themed Music/Dance party and Karaoke. Hostess will serve kids from finger foods that are brought by parents. Castle Rock provides all themed paper products ie. plates, cups, napkins.
  • Etiquette and Table mannerism by hostess.

Mini Dream Package

1 hour (6 guests max)
$199
  • After the maximum 12 guests, $20 will be charged extra per guest.

General Terms & Conditions:

We will make every effort to ensure your child and guests are treated with the utmost of care. Our face paint is non toxic and kid friendly paint. Makeup and Tattoos are also kid friendly, Castle Rock Party Center LLC, is not responsible or liable for any accidents or damages or allergic reactions due to face paint, makeup, or polish. It is the responsibility of the parents/guest to inform us of any dietary restrictions, or food allergies in advance of the event.

We specialize in delightful and entertaining parties and events for children. Our entertainers will arrive in couture, custom, professionally-made costumes of the finest quality. These professionally-trained actors and singers bring the wonder of a beloved character to life with performance storytelling, authentic props, face painting, songs and engaging activities.

We notice all of the details to make sure that your event will be memorable.. We grasp how important your child’s event is and understand the stress that comes along with planning one. We are here to make every party exciting and memorable!

Castle Rock will provide costumes, nail polish, makeup,(face paint or tattoo for boys)paper products for children only, balloons and décor, fashion show, karaoke, lemonade for kids. Client will provide invitations, food, dessert, candles, goodie bags for guest, any paper products for adults, serving ware for the event.

A Deposit of $100.00 is required once the booking form is complete, which $50 is non-refundable. The remaining balance is to be paid prior to the event or on same business day before party time. Client/Host may set up within 10 minutes of prepared foods unless other times have been approved. The Party is 1 hour 30 min (90 min) unless approved by Castle Rock.

In the event that client chooses to reschedule, client must do so within 72 hours of the party/event date. If the event/party is rescheduled the deposit will be applied towards the new date; as long as the date is within 2 weekends of your original party/event date. If client cancels the party/event within 72 hours and chooses not to reschedule, the $50 of the original $100 deposit is refunded with 5 business days. If party/event is canceled less than 72 hours before event and client chooses not to reschedule , client forfeits the entire $100 deposit amount. If the party is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances agreed by Castle Rock, the event can be rescheduled, and rescheduling rules will be applied. If Castle Rock is unable to reschedule client’s party/event within 2 weeks the full deposit of $100 will be refunded.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)


What should the kids wear to the party?

There are costumes provided to all of the children. However if your child has a favorite attire for her/his big day, we suggest you to allow them to express themselves in their special attire. There are Princess, Prince, Pirate and Superhero gear for the kids. We do allow 1 change of clothing unless it is a Fashion Show theme.

Booking

We book on a first come, first served basis. Because of the booking process, it is recommended to reserve your event 4-6 weeks ahead of time. After speaking with a party planner about your date and time, you will be directed to complete a booking form make a $100 deposit to save your date and time. We can not book a party unless a booking form has been completed with the deposit. We do require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve any Princess Package. The deposit will guarantee your event time for that specific date. The Tea Party Packages require a $100 deposit. All deposits will be applied to your final invoice.

Balances are due no later than the day of your event, prior to the party began time. Please make checks payable to Castle Rock Party Center:

 

Making a Deposit

The best way to make a party deposit is via PayPal or credit card payments on our website. Dates and times must be confirmed with a booking form. There is a $25 fee for any checks that are returned. If a check is returned, payment must pay via cash, money order, or credit/debit card on the date of your event.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE if you decide to cancel your reservation for any reason. In the event you must change the scheduled date, we will find another date and time for your party and will apply the deposit to the final invoice.

Cancelling Your Event

If for some reason you need to cancel an event we will work with you to find an alternate date. If you decide to cancel and do not reschedule your event, your deposit will be retained as a cancelation fee.

Gratuity

Our entertainers are highly skilled and trained in their art, and their job begins far before they arrive at your event. They research and study the characters, rehearse the songs, recreate character-specific makeup, and more. To show your appreciation, you are welcome to tip them appropriately. Although it is appreciated, it is never expected! Typically, gratuity ranges from $20 to $60 (Gratuity is slit for our Entertainers).
